​Reservations and Payments​

A deposit of $100 per person or payment in full is required when a reservation is made. If a deposit was made, the balance is due by 12/31/24.

The deadline to make reservations is 12/31/24. After the deadline, please get in touch with us to check availability, and any new reservations after 12/31/24 require payment in full and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by 12/31/24 will receive a refund of what was paid, less a 3% processing fee. Because of our commitments with lodging, transportation, and tickets for games and attractions, cancellations after 12/31/24 are non-refundable. Prices

Prices reflected are per person, based upon the stated single, double, triple, or home run occupancy.

Itinerary

Every effort is made to not deviate from the published itinerary. In the rare circumstances where a revision is necessary, Arizona Baseball Tours LLC reserves the right to make changes that may include a change in game times, tours offered, hotels substituted, or travel methods altered when deemed necessary to do so. All such changes will be communicated to participants and any such changes will not result in eligibility for refund. Arizona Baseball Tours LLC also reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled tour due to lack of participation, which will result in the eligibility of a full refund of what was paid. Tour itineraries will be posted on arizonabaseballtours.com once the Cactus League schedule is announced in late summer/early fall.

Not Included in Tour Cost

  • Airfare or other transportation to/from Scottsdale, AZ at the start and end of the tour
  • Travel insurance (optional travel insurance is available for purchase)
  • Personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls, and meals/beverages unless specifically noted as included in your tour package
  • Any other items not specifically noted as included in your tour package

Game Rainout Policy

If a game the group is attending is cancelled prior to starting or has started but has not reached MLB official game status, refunds will be issued for the cost of the ticket(s).

Hotel Policy

Incidental hotel charges including room service, laundry, phone calls, etc. are not covered and are the full responsibility of the participant. The hotel generally requires a credit card at check in to cover incidentals and all incidental charges are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participant at check out.

Accommodations for Brewers Spring Training Tour

The following room bed configurations are available to participants. Participants are hereby notified and accept these bedding options.

  • Single Room: king bed
  • Double Room: choice of king bed or two queen beds
  • Triple Room: two queen beds
  • Home Run Room: two queen beds

Accommodations for Optional Grand Canyon Tour (March 22 - 23)

  • All rooms during the Grand Canyon Tour have two queen beds.

Non-Tour Participants

For liability reasons, anyone who is not a paying tour participant is prohibited from any tour activities, including, but not limited to; welcome reception, daily breakfast, daily reception, and motorcoach transportation during the tour.

Responsibility

Arizona Baseball Tours LLC acts as an agent/broker in the coordination of ground transportation, hotel accommodations, guided tours, ticket fulfillment, and other travel related items related to your tour package. As a participant, you acknowledge and agree that Arizona Baseball Tours LLC does not own, operate, or control the actions of the entities providing these services. Arizona Baseball Tours LLC contracts with suppliers such as hotels, charter bus operators and other service providers that provide the travel products; it does not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay, irregularity that may be occasioned by any error or default, act or omission of any supplier in carrying out the arrangements of any tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. Your acknowledgement releases Arizona Baseball Tours LLC and its member parties, including employees and representatives of Arizona Baseball Tours LLC from all loss, injury, and damages you may suffer during the trip. You further acknowledge that Arizona Baseball Tours LLC also accepts no liability for changes, omissions or delays before or during the course of any tour occasioned by technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes, war or unrest, communication breakdowns or events beyond the control of Arizona Baseball Tours LLC. All expenses occasioned by such events, including but not limited to unscheduled extensions or curtailment of accommodation, changes to scheduled flights, additional air fares, telephone and meal costs, etc., will be the responsibility of the client. Arizona Baseball Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation and provide a full refund to the travel party at their discretion.

Photography

Arizona Baseball Tours LLC reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any tour or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By making a reservation with Arizona Baseball Tours LLC, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by Arizona Baseball Tours LLC. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify Arizona Baseball Tours LLC in writing prior to the start of the tour.

Unlawful/Abusive Behavior

Arizona Baseball Tours LLC strives to provide a positive and safe experience for all participants. While Arizona Baseball Tours LLC does not accept responsibility for the behavior of other participants, any participant engaging in unlawful, offensive, or abusive behaviors may be removed from the tour without refund.
